Returns & Refund Policy

At Viktors Wardrobe, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging and tags.

If an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at widlundviktor@icloud.com with your order number.
  2. We will provide return instructions, including a pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Securely package the item and send it using the shipping label provided.
  4. Keep the tracking information until your return is processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.


3. REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned item, but please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, a refund will not be issued, and the item may be sent back to the customer.

4. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color you can do so free of charge, please reach out to us and we will help you with the exchange. 


5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at widlundviktor@icloud.com with photos of the defect/damage.
  2. We will assess the issue and provide a solution (replacement or refund).
  3. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged/defective items.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider.
