1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We offer worldwide shipping.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
We use the following carriers for shipping:

Domestic (Sweden): PostNord
- International: UPS
Shipping rates are as follows:
- Sweden: 79 SEK flat rate
- Europe: 169 SEK flat rate
- Rest of the world: 259 SEK flat rate
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Sweden: 2-5 business days
- International: 2-10 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges or taxes incurred upon arrival. Viktors Wardrobe does not cover these fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. TRACKING & ORDER STATUS
- All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status and contacting the courier for any delivery-related issues.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Viktors Wardrobe is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If an order is lost or significantly delayed, customers should contact the courier directly and file a claim.
- If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the damage for possible resolution.
7. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to pick up the package from a designated location, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- If the package is not reshipped, a refund will be issued minus original shipping fees and any applicable return costs.
